Service Description & Acceptable Use
Oikko Edu is a comprehensive coaching center management platform designed for educational institutions. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, data manipulation, harassment, and any use that violates intellectual property rights or local regulations.
Account Responsibility & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.
Subscription & Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. SMS packages are billed separately and are non-refundable once purchased. Payment is due upon invoice generation. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Oikko Edu are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Oikko Edu is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations.
Termination & Data Retention
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may request data export before deletion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration as per local jurisdiction requirements.
