Refund Eligibility & Timeline

Refunds are eligible within 7 days of subscription purchase if the service has not been activated for live usage (no student records created or classes scheduled). Refund requests must be submitted in writing with your billing details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

SMS Package Policy

SMS packages are non-refundable once purchased. Unused SMS credits expire 12 months from purchase date. Partial SMS credits cannot be refunded but may be carried forward to the next billing cycle if the subscription remains active.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation.

Data Retention & Recovery

Upon subscription expiration or cancellation, your data remains available for 90 days. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You can request a data export at any time before deletion.

Upgrade & Downgrade

Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for downgrades within the same billing period.

Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered for service outages exceeding 24 hours or technical failures preventing platform access. Contact support with documentation of the issue. Refunds for special circumstances are evaluated case-by-case.
